For the 3rd consecutive year NetSupport have been named a finalist in multiple categories at the Network Computing Awards.

2009 saw NetSupport celebrating its 20th anniversary as a leading supplier of Desktop Management and Remote Support software and their longevity is thanks in no small part to the continual evolvement of their product range, a fact recognised throughout the year with a string of industry awards and accolades. NetSupport was awarded BETT Education Exporter of the Year as well as being recognised in the UK IT Industry Awards and National Business Awards. Their products received a wealth of accolades including IT Product of the Year, New Product of the Year and Service Management Product of the Year at the Network Computing Awards.

NetSupport Notify exemplifies NetSupport’s commitment to bringing new and innovative products to market as well as ensuring they continue to meet customer’s needs. Nominated in the New Product of the Year category at last years Network Computing Awards, the innovations in recently released version 2 have led to NetSupport Notify being named a finalist in the Messaging Product of the Year category this time around.

The summer 2009 launch of NetSupport DNA version 3 saw NetSupport bring a fresh approach to IT Asset Management. Building on the product’s core Inventory and License Management technology, version 3 added a highly relevant Energy Monitoring component designed to help management teams meet their environmental responsibilities as well as give them a helping hand towards reducing their energy bills! Thanks to this and the other innovations in version 3, NetSupport DNA is short-listed in the prestigious Software Product of the Year category.

Following its success at last year’s event, NetSupport’s web-based Ticket and Incident Management solution NetSupport DNA Helpdesk returns to defend its title in the Service Management Product of the Year category.
