NetSupport has once again triumphed at the Network Computing Awards.

At a gala awards ceremony held at London’s Tower Hotel NetSupport DNA Helpdesk was named Service Management Product of the Year for the second year running and the evening was almost made even more memorable as NetSupport Notify and NetSupport DNA were narrowly pipped to the Messaging and Software Product of the Year awards respectively.

Collecting the award, Customer Support Manager Andy Gibbons was naturally delighted to receive this latest addition to NetSupport’s growing list of industry accolades; "The Service Management category is always very competitive so for NetSupport DNA Helpdesk to come out on top for the second time is testimony to the continued quality and reliability of the product. The product introduced support for mobile devices in 2009 and I’m sure it is our continued ability to evolve our solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers that keeps NetSupport DNA Helpdesk ahead of the field.”
